RECOLOGY..........ZERO WASTE

San Francisco has a composting waste company called Recology. This program has been tested for 10 yrs in some restaurants and areas of SF. San Francisco will be the first city to make composting a requirement. The company then sells a truck load of compost for 500/load.
A question arises........ Is meat a compost item? Dont use meat in my compost, it attracts rats.

Welcome, Felicity!

How exciting to be opening a learning center. I've had thoughts about doing that for years -- but don't have my own land to work with. I love the Nearings's work; they brought us so much, didn't they?

I imagine the artist-gardeners are painting us pictures of the future as it emerges!
