Profile Information

How might your current work contribute to the Transition movement?
I am committed to, and deeply involved with delivering the Awakening the Dreamer / Changing the Dream workshop.
I am also actively researching potentially transformational new energy technologies, and creating a group of people to both prove these technologies, and promote the field of "free energy" devices. Small, local devices that deliver electrical and mechanical energy without fuel or pollution have a terrific potential to enable local resiliency.
In what ways do you personally identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
Our society is in transition, probably the most significant, and urgent one since the dawn of upright apes. I'm committed that we make it through this transition, and not just us humans, but all species.
What background and skills do you bring to this community?
I'm willing to talk to people, one-on-one, or in groups, about our transitional time, or transitional predicament.
I have a great grasp of the physical sciences, and a pretty good grasp of the fundamental goodness of all people.
I can write, spell, think, and plan; and I play well with others.
What aspects of the Transition Town movement most interests you?
I would to bring an awareness of the availability of "free energy" technologies to the Transition Town communities. By this I mean: the dozens if not hundreds of devices and technologies that have surface throughout the last century, that put out more energy than the operator puts in. These devices and technologies have not come into the mainstream yet either by passive neglect, or active suppression, or both; but the awareness of them, and documentation and replication of them, is rapidly incrasing.
Your Favorite Books/Websites/Blogs/RSS Feeds for Information about the Transition Movement
The book "Breakthrough Power" documents the rise of these tecnologies in a very clear, well-researched, and non-technical way. It is a perfect introduction into this field.

I access PESwiki.com regularly for updates, and current developments.
Over-unity. com has dozens of lively, and very technical user-driven threads, mostly people actively replicating or developing these devices.
Panacea.org is a tremendous resource as well.
Suggestions you have for improving our registration questions or how to know you better.
I'm thrilled with these questions, so far!
